Try to loosen the item that has the pulley that is out of alignment, and try to tighten the bolts while it is aligned. Spin each pulley to see if the shaft is bent on one of them.

Check that all bolts that originally came with the car are installed, correctly.

This pulley (and a thin belt) fell off of my 2000 Georgie Boy Landau RV with a Ford Titan V10. What is it? I am in the middle of nowhere and need to know if I am safe to keep driving. If I am safe to...

Absolutely NOT! The pulley shown looks like the belt tensioner....drive this vehicle without the belt and tensioner and the engine will burn-up. Get the vehicle towed to a shop and get this tensioner replaced. From the look of the picture, the pulley isn`t the only thing broke or damaged.

Anytime a part falls off your vehicle, do not drive the vehicle until you get it fixed.

1995 ford tuarus 3.0L 6cyl belt drive alignment?

All of the pulleys must be aligned to keep from damaging the belt.
If you are sure the water pump pulley is not aligned, the bearing in the pump may be failing.

Serpentine belt chewed up three months after replacing it

I would say one of your pulleys is out of line with the other pulleys putting too mujch stress on the belt, or one of the pulleys may have a damaged section that chews up belts, or one of the pulleys is not freewheeling-spin them all to make sure none has any rough spots or wobble or seized bearings.
Good luck.

Power stearing pump pully alighnment

Assuming that everything else is OK, first, sight down the belt/pulley arrangement and make sure that everything is aligned correctly. If the pump pulley is not lined up and the pump is a remanufactured unit, it is possible that they pressed the pulley either too far, or not far enough onto the pump shaft. (any machine shop can correct this). If any other pulley is in or out too far, either the component is incorrect or shims are needed to get proper alignment.
