Check to see whether you've pinched any wiring when reinstalling your engine maybe you've inadvertently shorted a wire related to this circuit!

2002 Subaru outback is leaking antifreeze and not heating up.

This is common issue early sign head gaskets failure for EJ251 SOHC engine for external coolant leak. Second gen 96-99 with EJ25D is worst because when head gaskets failed, it's an internal leak that allows coolant and oil mix together in the combustion chamber to destroy engine.
You can drive it for at least 6 months or more as long as you keep top up coolant since the leak should be small at a slower rate leak. I drove mine for a while before change head gaskets. You're looking at `$1000-1200 job a dealership since you might as well change the timing belt, water pump, idlers while engine is pulled to replace head gaskets.

Pressure in the engine cooling system of the 2001 Subaru Outback

When there is pressure in the engine, most likely the head gasket is leaking. If you drive the car, you only make the damage to the motor worse.
Please let the gasket replace, if still possible. Most of the time they have to flatten the head first.

I have 1998 Subaru legacy outback and you can drive it for about 15 minuntes and it over heats. What could be the problem?

thermostat.....water pump.....belt......fans....sensors...fuses.....relays.
start with the fuse, the run a wire from the battery to the fans if they run.it aint them.then change the fan sensor.then check the belt.keep going up the cost factor until you find it.

Cooling Problem with '97 Subaru 2.5

sounds like one of 2 things, the thermostat or the engine has a leaking head gasket, replace the T-stat 1st, if the problem persists have the engine tested for blown head gasket(s) if the radiator was the problem u would have circulation and engine would overheat very slowly or just hotter than normal.
