Question about 1996 Saturn SL
Go to autozone or advance and buy new emergency brake cables and install them. no doubt they are corroded so you will have some pulling and tugging to do. if you have drum brakes get rear hardware kits with new springs. since you have to take it apart might want to put in new brake shoes while you are in there.
