Question about 2004 Dodge Ram 2500
If you remove the fuel pump fuse of relay you will stop the flow of fuel. A simple on/off switch installed on the hot wire going to the fuel pump will work.

You could use a mini-toggle switch and hide it, and you would just have to toggle the fuel pump fuse to make that possible, and if you require a diagram to help assist you then I could make one for you if you do choose to dis-able the fuel pump in that way.
