Question about 2003 Ford Mustang
The easiest test to do is to replace the fuse for the horn. I do not know where the fuse is for a mustang, but your car should have a fuse diagram with it or the dealership will. You might even try auto zone. If changing the fuse does not work, then you have some wiring that has gone bad. It is not a hard fix once you find the wires and are able to replace them. I hope tha replacig the fuse works for you, it worked on my truck.
