Try to add gas to the throttle body to see if it starts that way. If it does, then it's got a fuel delivery problem, again. If it doesn't start and run then it may have developed a spark delivery problem for the ignition system.

Good luck on this repair.

fuel pump or fuel filter needs replaced. sounds like fuel filter needs replaced first. then I would have a pressure check run on fuel pump to see if its working as advertised.

Camshaft sensor very likely. Heat is causing it to fail. Could also be crank sensor. Cheap part to replace, very easy if camshaft (top of engine) check that first.

I am trying to figure out why my 2002 ford mustang gt wont start i have replace the ignition switch anf the starter and all fuses are good under the hood and dash

Does the engine crank ? If so do you smell gas ? If you smell gas you have a spark problem. If you do not have any fuel coming up then check the fuel filter and fuel pump. Let me know.

1966 Mustang I6 starting problem

Sounds like the fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, or a stuck needle and seat in the carburator.

My 1998 chevy lumina decelerated from 60 mph to 50 to 40, so I pulled over, and the car would not start since, what is the problem?

this sounds fuel related to me. did the car just all of a sudden start losing power on the highway? i guess it would crank and crank, but not start when you pulled over? have you run out of gas recently or frequently? i would check your fuel filter first, but it sounds like your fuel pump just up and quit on you. that pump is, of course, inside the gas tank. pulling the tank involves 2 straps, 3 fuel lines, and an electrical connector plug. hopefully you were low on gas when it happened. that way the tank is not so heavy and hard to work with.

Car ran fine one day, not it will crank but not

Your fuel system requires 35-45 PSI. If you don't have this pressure in the line then your fuel filter or fuel pump is at fault.
