Question about 2002 Toyota Sequoia
I had oil changed and air filter changed on my Toyota Highlander at Jiffy Lube. Within days, the check engine light came on. Tested at Jiffy Lube and numeric codes suggested emissions systems problems. Manager of Jiffy Lube looked at it, and said it did not have loose cables or hoses. He referred me to a nearby Service Station, but they could not work on it that day, and asked if I could return another day. Took car to a different service station, and they tried testing for codes, and suggested resetting, and drive for several days and see if check engine light returned. After several days, light returned. Mechanic at service station discovered hose was loose from service at Jiffy Lube. Lesson: be careful of service at Jiffy Lube. Use Google to lookup possible reasons for diagnostic codes, but take with a grain of salt.
