Strutmasters is one company, there should be others, that you can replace, air suspension, with standard struts or shocks, depending on application.

I wouldn't service or repair air ride,on a 13 year old veh.

The rear is lower than the front even with new shocks

the car sits on its springs, not the shocks. the shocks merely dampen the springs' movement.
Perhaps some new springs are in order, they do weaken and sag with age. another common problem is failure of airbag suspension system components. this causes a lot of *** dragging in luxury cars over 5 years old and is usually more expensive to fix than the car is worth.

No. The Lincoln Continental does not have air bags in the front. It is not exactly hard to convert the rear airbags to springs. It is more time consuming than anything. I have a 1996 Town Car, I had a mechanic replace the air shocks with springs.

When converting from air bags to regular shocks on a 95 lincoln towncar do you need the coil springs also?

The car sits on the springs, not on the shocks. Shocks just dampen
the springiness, if that is a word. So if the car is not going to sit on an airbag, then it is going to need springs. There is a canadian company named strutmasters which sells complete kits to do this swap. They have a website.

When carrying passengers my 2007 nissan quest rear suspension bottoms out even on small dips, any suggestions

get stiffer springs or install air shocks you might even want to check into airbags because 2007 is not that old that it should be needing springs already must be weak factory setup. if you carry lots of passengers get stiffer springs.

Remove and replace rear struts

then they are not struts they are just regular shock absorbers, struts are where the coil spring and shock are assembled as one piece, the struts are in the front only
