Takes special tools, knowledge, and fasteners to fix that type of problem. auto glass shops have all that. as a time and money saver i would locate a new regulator, at a parts store not a dealer, and have them install that while they are re-attaching the glass. that way you do not have to pay for the same labor in a year or two when the regulator fails.
