Yes it Can be a fuse the fuse panel for this model can be in three places, 1. driver dor jam on the side of dash. 2. under the dash drivers side or 3. under the hood drivers side. Br advised it could be the turn signal switch itself at which point it is advisable to take that to a mechanic to be fixed because of thr dangers of working around the airbag.

My 1993 ford crown victorias left blinker doesnt flash just stays lit but when i put on the emergency blinkers it blinks fine

Possible that your blinker module is going bad. It is located in your fuse box under the dash, and it looks like a little silver barrel, about the size of a half-dollar. Just pulls straight out. You can get a new one at any auto parts store for under $10.

Im tryin to locate the fuse box I believe a fuse has blown on the drivers side because my rear blinker will not work but the front one blinks and every door locks except the drivers door when I hit the...

That doesn't sound like a fuse problem to me. It sounds like you have a bulb out on your blinker or possible bad circuit board in your left rear tail light. The problem with your door locks is most likely a bad door lock motor.

NOTE: Anytime there is a blown fuse - it does no good to replace the fuse until the reason that it blew is corrected.

No clicking sound when I turn on my blinkers and theres no blinking light either

Hi
Most lkely cause of this is either a fuse for the blinkers or the relay which controls the blinketrs, I would be more inclined to check the relay first. this is a small box that plugs into the fuse box, inside it has a small electro magnet, this is the noise you here when you indicate, the clicking noise. if it is not making that noise then it can only be really the trealy or fuse. one other possibility is the wiring but if you have not had any faults previously that will be unlikely.
Hope that helps

Dan

My blinkers and flashers all quit working at the same time. Indicator lights in the dash won't even light up. Do flashers and blinkers run off the same fuse?

The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system.
Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.

Where is the turn signal fuse. It had a noise indicator when the turn signal was on, now it and the turn signals do not flash

i assume you are talking about a 1991 ford f350. if so i believe the blinker switch or blinker switch fuse is located on the fuse box underneath the dash board. you'll have to remove the dash board "belly pan" to gain access to the fuse box. the blinker fuse is a shiny square "odd" looking push in fuse. i believe it has a small aluminum casing on the fuse itself.

but....
it could also be a fuse relay witch is located under the hood on the driver's side fender well, but i'd check the blinker fuse first...
