On some cars this is telling you you have a bulb out. It could also be a blinker module located in the fuse box

SOURCE: Turn signal not blinking . Stays lit bit no

It could be your flasher relay going out. Should be under the dash.

Usually if you turn on your turn signal and it stays lit solid inside, it's telling you the bulb is bad in your turn signal outside. I would check your bulbs first. Same for the backup lights.

Turn signals not working, Toyota Tundra 2000

Hazards work only when lights are off. Left signal light stays lit on the dash and does not blink and is stuck on (lit up) when lights are lit. If I place hazards on while lights are on only right side flashes and whole dash lights flash too... I replaced the flasher relay and it still does not work. Suggestions anyone? Thanks!

Sounds like a bad ground to me, although i am no expert.
i would be checkinh all connections and take it from there, a little wd40 might just solve it short term.

Turn signals stop working

If the turn signals stay lit and don't blink, replace the flasher. If they don't come on at all, replace the turn signal fuse. It is a good idea to replace all the bulbs (front and rear) and clean the sockets with electric contact cleaner first.

This usually indicates one bulb on that side is burned out. Replace the bulb and all will be working again.

93 S10 left turn signals not working

Have you tried replacing the flasher? You'd think neither side would blink if the flasher was bad but I've seen this happen and it turned out to be the flasher. You could swap the signal flasher with the 4 way flasher to verify that's the problem before going out and buying one. Should be a few bucks at the parts store.
