Get a new replacement regulator at a parts store or on ebay. Take that part and your car to an auto glass shop and pay them to install it. They will have the tools, knowledge, and parts. In the event that the glass has just become disconnected from the old regulator, put the new one in anyway as it is 10 years old and you will be replacing it in a year or two.

Power windor will not go up & down

Maybe a problem with power window motor? Also, check wiring harness on hinge side of door. Using wiring diagram for proper wire colors, check voltage and ground.
I don't know which window is having a problem or all of them? I don't know your year--make--model of vehicle? My database will only cover vehicles sold in the US.

All doors open besides drivers it lock me in have to climb over seat to passengers n windor off track but there's power to open windor butglass off track

A rod connects the inner door handle to the lock mechanism. Possibly the window off track damaged the rod or knocked it off where it attaches to the lock or the handle. To check this you must remove the inner door panel. I suggest you check "you tube" to see if there are any vids on the procedure.. if not go purchase the Chilton manual or take the car to a serviice center. It will be at lease 2 hours of labor + any needed parts. the window can be repaired at the same time since the inner panel will be removed.

My driver side window fell down & the electric switch won't raise it.l

If the switch is broken, you can put the switch down, short circuit closed first, if is bad, there is no way to the machine. Had better find a repair key programmer

My 2002 buick regal drivers side window fell while driving home motor runs window will not go up or down,it looks like some sort of belt or band has come loose

There is a belt that drives the window up and down. The belt is part of the window regulator, sometimes you can just get the regulator and reuse your old motor, but you may have to get the regulator and the motor.

Passenger side window will not go back up

No.The drivers master power switch is probably bad.YOu will have to perform a test on the three other switches on the master. Check for power and ground when you push each putton. If the master switch fails the test you need a new master switch.

Power windors

You need to go to the shop and have the plastic window clips replaced with the metal ones. VW knows about this problem and they have a kit to change it over to the metal ones.
