Not good, get on the phone to a local junkyard and have them find you a used engine, with much lower mileage, to fit the vehicle. When it dies you will be ready to go.

I have a lower end engine knock on my 2009 Chrysler Sebring, what should my fears/concerns be?

Rod/main bearings are bad. This is an engine rebuild or replace. You could throw an additive in it and drive it till it dies. I have seen engines last two weeks and up to 2 or 3 years, with rod knock. The ones that last a long time usually throw a piston rod out the side of the block.

Crown victoria making knocking noise

Listen to the engine, if the noise is down low it is rod if it is up high it is valves. IF it is rod knock it will eventually throw the rod.

Clutch slave cylinder

The pressure plate itself should always be powerful enough to return the throw-out bearing to the clutch engaged (ready to drive) position. Open the bleeder and remove all air. The slave cyl push rod should be able to be positioned in the cup on the throw-out lever with your hands. No tools. If it doesn't move freely something else is wrong.

Bumping nose from front end {passenger side} when steering wheel is turned to the left.had car looked at they seem to think it's a busted stru, but it doesn't sit low,and also the tire is showing wear on...

Sounds more like a tie rod end is bad. Try a reliable shop that specializes in front end repair (any place but FIRESTONE). The tire wear could be due to the loose tie rod end throwing the car out of alignment.

Engine is knocking very loud sounds like it is ready to blow a rod. This came about very suddenly could this be the timing belt or is it a bad rod? Can something like this be repaired or isn't it worth...

with out hearing the noise i cant tell you if it is a rod but im thinking the engine is a 4.6 or a 5.4 wich have timing chains in the front i have seen the chain tensioner brake andf they will make a heck of a noise but it will be coming from the front of the engine as far as is it worth repairing get a price then only you can decide what are the miles and what conditon is the truck what have you done to the truck bassaicly do you feal tht the truck will give you lots of life after it is repaired you know the truck better then any one

What ever you want, man. Drive it into the ground, or do an engine overhaul. Chances are the tranny is next.

Throw a rod

This is caused by a lack of oil to the rod bearing. Financially it will be cheaper to get a used engine and replace it as a whole. but if you desire, remove engine, turn upside down, remove oil pan, remove piston rod and bearing cap assy, inspect bearing, will be blue or locked and frozen/welded to the crank due to lack of lubrication. Keep me posted.
