You need to get your brakes checked. It sounds like your brake drums or discs need skimming

Where is the oil drain plug on a 2000 explorer 4.0 6 cyl

That is going to be on the bottom of the oil pan itself. Might be covered up with grease and dirt but it is there.

Transmission shudder

If it has less than 100,000 miles it is under warranty. Most vehicles have a 100,000 mile warranty on drive train. It will save you hundreds of dollars. .

2012 Hyundaii Accent with 30,000 miles. Rear brakes gone,is this possible

Yes especially if you are heavy footed on brakes. Do you coast to a slow then apply or are you waiting till close to required stop point?
Brake pads can be of different grades and wear quickly if of low grade. Are your rotors gone too or just the pads?

I have a 2000 ford explorer xls 4.0 6 cyl. The front end suspension has never been serviced what parts should I replace?

Only the parts that are worn out or broken.

Front ends can be a little tricky to check out properly. If you're up for the challenge let me know and I can give you more specific instruction. There's no sense in going through the trouble and cost of replacing part that don't need to be replaced.

Which is bank 2 for the o2 sensor for post cat?

HiI!!
6 cyl. and 8 cyl. engines are divided into 2 Banks, standing in front of the Engine, the Bank 1 is the side where the #1 spark plug is (on V6 Ford Engines is on the PASSENGER SIDE). Bank 2 is on the DRIVERS SIDE.
Check the following diagram for HO2 sensor locations (This diagram applies to Ranger, Explorer and Mountaineer models) :

2 would be Bank 1 and 2A would be Bank 2.
Good Luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Jumps forward when brakes are applied at intersections when stopping Doesn't happen all the time.

I don't know if this would be considered a solution or not but in 2006 Ford implemented a new transmission (6 speed automatic) and they have and still have a lot of problems. It is fixed (helped may be more appropriate) by a computer upgrade done by the dealership. MY wife has had nothing but problems out of her 2006 limited ford explorer. The whole computer system had to be replaced at 32,000 miles and then they charged us to upgrade the new computer they put into the car. It's almost comical at this point. The transmission problem has been solved for the most part on our vehichle but it took several ford computer updates. I hope this helps!
