Question about 1996 Ford Explorer
Sounds like a Window lock button located on the drivers side control panell as far as the windows goes or a fuse, also the seats work off a fuse and some off of a realy due to amps pulled to move the seats, check the fuse or relay in the fuse box also check to make shure there is nothing blocking the seat from underneath, if blocked it will bind up and cause the fuse to blow.
