I would unhook the battery to stop the drain until an electrical shop can look at it.

Computer Module Intermittent Fault

The very first thing you need to do here is check fuel pressure when the no start occurs, if the pump is original then that is a good possibility that pump is failing to run at times.

Took the battery out to replace the fron left headlight. Once we put the batter back the car would not start and all lights inside and out started flashing. Started the car downhill in 1st gear and drove...

does this car have an aftermarket alarm system? it sounds like it does, as i dont ever recall seeing a blue flashing light in one of these cars. do you have an alarm / auto start remote control? try locking / unlocking the car several times with the remote, if it has a remote start try starting it with the remote a few times. try locking / unlocking the car with the key. good luck!

My Mitsubishi Montero, 2003 horn is going off in the middle of the night. I beat on the horn pad serveral times until it stops, then in a couple of hours it goes off again and the police show up. Is it...

Is the alarm causing the horn to honk? If so, you need to figure out what is causing the alarm to trigger, which could be any number of things.
Or, the panic module could be failing.
It is least likely to be the horn ring unless the only way you can get the horn to stop is by "beating the horn button on the steering wheel".

If it is, then you can replace the parts for the horn button, but you will need to get an assembly manual for the vehicle. Be sure to disconnect the battery before attempting to remove the airbag module. If it goes off, then you risk injury, and, they are not cheap to replace.

2004 mercedes c240 alarm sounds for no apparent reason

Hi, You need to replace the alarm siren. It is also a module. It is located in the right front fender well. The reason they go bad is because they are located in a place where they get wet.

Locks wont stop

hi again kids
i actually resolved this problem the long and silly way round??? because my alarm and immob are linked (separates but connectable) i believed that alarm unit was ok as still functioning, so marked and snipped immob wiring. wrong wrong wrong. i re joined each wire one by one to see if any thing changed with fault. it didnt have any effect, so back to wiring on alarm module, and after removing security screws, i emptied the water that had seeped into alarm wiring after washing car the week before, and a good hour drying out on raditor and it now works like a dream again, but i still have the problem of doors not locking automatically when alarm armed, though to be honest this fault started before the one i wrote to you about?
in essence im a big baffoon and have resealed alarm wire entry point as silicone had gone south a long time ago, allowing water to enter.
thanks anyway
