Question about 1999 Honda CR-V
My CRV stared by with the check engine light going on and staying on. We took it to a shop and they recommended cap and rotor, plugs and wires. My mechanic buddy fixed those for me. This did not fix the problem. Could it be my 02 sensors or ? It is chugging, sometimes violently shaking while idling. When I accelerate it is rough and guttless. Thanks for any help
Make sure to have your mechanic buddy check for correct firing order
and engine compression becasue any thing mising in the cylinders eill cause a misfire code,
and what codes are you geting?
idont belive than you need an 02 sensor because with a present misfire teh o2 sensor will read rich or lean but most likelly rich
