Good Evening, most of your clutch kits come with your pressure plate, throwout bearing and clutch disc as well as an alignment tool. As far as the bolts go that hold down the pressure plate in the past I have resused them with no adverse affects. Your local parts stores, chrysler dealer or fastenal type company should also be able to match up new ones when in doubt. Keep in mind this is one of those times where if you want to go a few bolts futher and check out your engines rear main seal this is the time to do it and I would recommend it. It is not every day you have your transmission out or even think about doing it, and replacing it now would not be a bad idea for preventive maintenance sake. Hope this helps, and any more questions please feel free to ask,

You do need an alignment tool to align the clutch disc with the pilot bearing. There are inexpensive plastic ones available at many auto parts stores. As for the bolts, I have reused them many times without any problems, if you choose to use new bolts, your best bet is your Chrysler dealer, but I recommend torquing them to proper specs and in the tightening sequence that your manual states. I hope this helps a little.
