Question about 1992 Chevrolet Camaro
If it's a mechanical speedo, there should be a cable running to the side of the transmission. You can disconnect the cable housing and spin the cable with a drill to see if the speedo works. If it does not then check for a broken cable or disconnected cable behind the speedo. If cable is good then either the speedo head is bad or the output gear at the trans is worn out.
