Question about 1987 GMC VanDura
First check the battery cables both of them,i have seen acid get into the cable and eat the cable inside and the cable looks good on the outside,look for any swelling of the cable,then check the grounds to the motor and the body, the starter also ,then the terminal block where it goes into the firewall,it can be corroded,there is a bolt in the center of it you can unscrew and it will come off to check the connections,hope this helps,if it does please leave a thumbs up rating,
