Question about 2004 Kia Sedona

1 Answer

I have a used 2004 Kia Sedona that won't start with a valet key, I misplaced my regular set and thought that this key would work just as my usual key would. Now the garage that I'm having my vehicle serviced @ can't restart the van, do I need my regular key to start it ?

The dealer can make you a new key. A valet key is limited, but should start the car unless it is missing a chip. It will not open the glove box (if there is a lock) or trunk.
