On the throttle body going into the manifold, should be at the end of the cold air induction hose.

I would like to clean my tps and mafs. where can i locate these. it is 98 early model

The tps is located on the side of the throttle body, usually black in color and has 2 screws or bolts and a wire connection. Uaually they can't be cleaned, they are a sealed unit.
The maf sensor is in the intake tube that goes from the air filter housing to the throttle body.

a high idle is caused by only a couple of things, one is a Throttle postion sensor, another is a defective Idle speed control valve and th last is a intake manifold vacuum leak.
