There is a part inside the dash that controls the outlet air temperature by moving back and forth between the heater core and the AC evaporator core, it is called the Blend door, the door is moved by a small electric gear drive that is called the blend door actuator motor, very likely this motor has failed or the bend door is stuck due to warping (it is a light weight plastic), the bad news here is that the entire dash assembly must be removed to replace these parts, I am a Ford dealer tech so I have seen this problem dozens of times.

Have the heater door diaphram checked, also could be control switch itself going bad, they're electronic mechanical/vaccum activated in most cars. Your thermostat may be stuck in the open position causing the engine to not warm up to the proper temp. for heat.

You mean turn on heat but get Only cold air ?
Is it front heater work and hot?
If so. The heater hose to the rear core is plug. Need to flush it from both direction and make sure is full of coolant (Water).
You should be good to go.

Nothing but hot air coming out from vents all the time.

Check the actuator motor on the inside of the car on the heater. It shifts the doors of the unit to let the heat and ac shift.
