Are they fouled out with oil, antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid, gasoline? Should be evident by looking at them and sniffing.
If you know what is fouling them out, wold be a clue as to where to begin.

What causes air to seep around the spark plugs on a 2002 Chrysler voyager

Loose sparkplug
cross threaded sparkplug
over compressed washer on sparkplug
worn threads in the head

Just put new ones in. Start them by hand and turn using a sparkplug socket and extension bar until tight. Add the ratchet bar or T-Bar and tighten a further one eighth turn.

Location of #6 sparkplug

Interesting. You should be able to start it on 5 cylinders.
Number 6 would be near the windshield.

Cylinder 3 misfire

Check ignition lead - ignition cap and sparkplug. look signs of wear or cuts on the lead. The cap should be tight on the sparkplug. The sparkplug must be free of cracks and not unusually blacked out. Replace if in doubt.

Quick test is to open the hood in the dark. Let someone start the car and look for blue sparks around the lead and sparkplug cap. Be careful - keep away from moving parts.

I have a 94 Pontiac Grand Am SE 5 speed standard with the 2.3L SOHC Quad 4-138 4 cyl engine. It idles fine; but when you go and shift the car bucks and has little power. Better be going 30 mph before...

This sounds like it may be misfiring, the quad four engine is famous for misfiring theres a coil cover under the top plate where the sparkplugs go, if you remove the 4 bolts and pull it up you will see the sparkplugs and that cover will contain coils and coil cover and boots, i would replace the sparkplugs and the coil cover and sparkplug boots, heres some pictures of the parts, this is where i would start it a tune up, and also check air filter and replace fuel filter,johnjohn2_31.jpgjohnjohn2_32.jpg

Added 3 quarts of oil now white smoke is coming from exhaust

you have to drain the excess oil i would suggest a complete oil change and oil filter. TAke off spark plugs put some wd 40 on each sparkplug hole start the car without any sparkplugs on ir. Reolace sparkplugs with new ones and the car should run again. I would also suggest to check for faulty sparkplug wires and bad air filter. While you are at it go ahead and check fuel filters.
