Dust coming in the vents of my 2000 dodge durango 4x4

Could be the insulation from one of the blend doors or the housing.
The system draws outside air in from under the windshield near the hood. There should be a screen.

Gets hot on passenger side stays cold on drivers side on 2004 chevy impala

Possible that the vent is blocked if you meant that the car is not cooling with the AC. If so check the flow of air on the vent , remove and clean the vent.
However if there is heat coming in to the passenger side then the engine room insulation can be open or there is a possible leak from the engine room that allows hot air to flow into the passenger side than the driver side.
I hope this was what you meant, if not clarify once again.

When air is on it won't come out the vents even with it on vents? where can the source of the problem be?

if it comes out other areas, then its the air/vacuum motor thats not switching the air flow pattern behind the dash,if the fan runs and not much air is felt out any vent,it could be your in vehicle air filter for removing dust and particles before it blows into the passenger compartment, check the owners manual on how to access and change it

Cold air leak passenger side front kick panel area

I would check to see if the vehicle had an accident and the inner panel or insulation was not installed or not installed properly. Check the under side of the vehicle on the passenger side and make sure the rocker area is not damaged if the vehicle went off road and hit or landed on s large rock. If you have a vent not the inner kick panel, the vent may not be closing if it is electronic or the vent is not closed completely.

MPV 2002. Black particles come out from air vents

I get the feeling this is the first time you've used the heater? Its probably accumulated dust. As long as you don't get a burning smell or smell exhaust fumes you should be ok after a few hours use.

97 altima messed up gas gauge???

very common problem, esp with high milage, the fuel vent system is plugged, because the charcoal canister has come apart and the particles have traveled thru and plugged the fuel vent valve, what happens is when you add fuel the air in the tank cant vent out as the liquid displaces the air and backs up thru the filler neck, this however can get costly.

I have an 01 Kia Sephia. When I try to fill the gas tank it trips the shu-off right away. Seems like an air vent blocked but I can't find it.

the charcoal canister has come apart and the charcoal particles have traveled thru the vent system and pluged the fuel tank vent valve in the top of the tank, after the canister is replaced, youll need to replace the canister close valve, and probably drop the tank and clean out the vent hoses and remove and clean out the vent valve also, when the canister comes apart, its a mess.

Driver heat cool

you need to open the vent assembly and clean up your direction flap that controls the vent direction. Also the seals that block air may be broken and letting air in vents you don't want cool air into. You can replace the seals with insulation tape made for doors. the very thin tape. good luck
