2006 Kia Sorento dash lights go off and on

Sounds like the connection behind the instrument cluster is loose, i had a customer with the same problem only on a 2012 camry and it turned out to be the connection on the cluster. I just adjusted the tension on the connection by bending the contact pins a little.

2006 GMC Envoy low beam headlights dont work. All fuses, and bulb filements, are fine.

Hello, try to start by checking the headlight relay and headlight fuse. You also may want to check to make sure the bulbs aren't blown out. If those parts check out to be fine and in working order, you may need to replace the turn signal assembly in the steering column. This part controls the hi/low beams. This may sound crazy but, when GM wired their older trucks, they wired the headlights to go from the battery, to the hi/low beam switch, then to the headlight switch (to the left of the steering wheel) then out to the light bulbs. You can kind of test to see if this part is good by making a fist and (with your headlights on) gently hitting the plastic cover for your steering column that is right behind your actual steering wheel. This could cause your headlights to flicker on and off.

While driving the door adjacent light keeps coming on also the dome light. it flickers on and off untill u hit a bump in the road and then it will turn off, for a while.

the switch in the adjacent door isnt fully depressed, this could be caused by the doorlatch being worn or mal adjusted also wear on the actual switch.Firstly find the switch on the door that shuts measure it and make sure the one on the side thats causing the problem is the same length(not worn or broken) and springs in and out ok,if damaged or worn in any way change it.If its ok try adjusting the door catch which is mounted on the body with the door open, move it towards the outside slightly and retighten.if it cant be adjusted then the adjustment will be on the lock mechanism on the door, slacken the retaining bolts and move towards the the car, retighten and retry ,dont go crazy with adjustment ,Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!

Front wheels shake when I hit a bump in road

Pitman arm and tie rod ends and bail joints. The three main causes of front end shake after hitting a bump. There's so much slop that when you hit a bump it shakes violently from one end of the slop to the other.Very dangerous! You need to get this fixed now!
Get someone to turn the steering wheel while holding onto a front wheel and just watch for stuff that moves.Turn left and right and you'll see what's the worst for wear. The connections at the steering box arm(Pitman) and at the wheels(Tie rods) will be what moves the worst.Hope this helps?Autozone has a kit for the pitman for $100,probably be $600 at a shop.

Brake light flickers while driving down the road.

Check the brake fluid. It may be just low enough to occasionally turn the light on as you hit bumps and it sloshes a little. Add a little brake fluid to the reservoir and check the brake pads all around.

LOL....Stealership is a good phrase..I'll remember that.

If you don't need the part IMMEDIATELY try going to they have everything and it's generally in stock.

Instead of ordering over the net call them....not every time, but generally they'll drop the price a few bucks, at least enough to help cover thier reaslitic shipping charges...NO B.S.

I paid $6.95 to have a Tonneau Cover for one of my pick-ups shipped to my house.

I hope this helps, by the way Jeep is well known for headlight switch issues.

I hope this helps, let me know what you think about the web site.

I am in NO way connected to the warhouse financially or otherwise.

Thanks for letting fix ya

One of my driving lights went out after hitting a bump on a dirt road, how do I replace the bulb? It's not the headlight, it's the driving light or fog light.

In my car the wheel on the light switch that controls the intensity brightness of the dashboard/interior lights is sometimes too close to being right next to the level of rotating the wheel so the lights are on continuously. I just rolled back the wheel a little and it corrects itself but if I drive a while hitting bumps etc. the wheel moves and I get the flickering of the inside lights. Outside headlights are OK though. I didn't know which lights you had the flicker.
