Try taking the fuses out, ( ONE AT A TIME), and check that they are good, then put them back where you got them from, if you find bad fuses replace them with new ones. HOP THIS HELPS.

How do you check fuse in the back of the radio?

1.Turn off the vehicle. Locate the main fuse box.
2.Locate a fuse box that isn't under the dashboard by checking under the hood of the car.
3.Look at the diagram on the inside of the fuse box's cover.
4.Determine if the fuse is blown by looking through the clear plastic casing.
5.Take the blown fuse to an electronics store or a car-parts store.Push the new fuse into the empty slot in the fuse box, making sure that it is in the same direction as the other fuses. It should slide in with a tight fit.Replace the fuse-box cover.
6.Complete the above steps before removing the car radio.Disconnect the car battery under the hood by disconnecting the cable from the negative terminal (the black cable) of the battery. Remove the dash area around the car radio.Unscrew the four screws on each corner of the car stereo.Locate the fuse on the back of the car radio.

7.Take the blown fuse to a car-parts store or electronics store to find a replacement fuse. Place the new fuse into the car radio.lide the car radio back into the dash opening. Replace the corner screws followed by the dash trim panels. Put any screws and clips back into place.Reconnect the car battery. Turn the car on, and if the blown fuse was the problem, the radio should work.

I have a fuse burn to the radio what number is this fuse in the fusebox and what size

If you take the cover off the fuse box and look under the cover it will give you a placement diagram for all the fuses and relays in the fuse box. Look for one called radio, or stereo or aux 1 or 2 and replace with the same fuse, do not use a fuse larger then what is recommended on the fuse box and you could destroy internal circuitry or wiring to your radio

Ford fusion radio code

I had the same problem. jumped the battery and then the radio didn't work, just said "ford fusion" on the display. you need to locate the fuse box down by the brake pedal to the left, very difficult to get at. once you find it remove the plastic cover and then remove the radio fuse (look in your owners manual for the fuse number and location). using a needle nose pliers works the best. once you remove the radio fuse look at it, the small metal wire inside should be broken. replace it with an identical fuse. my fuse box had spare fuse slots with same color and number on them so I just used one of those.

On my 2002 corvette both window and door locks, both sides, stopped working today. i don't see the fuse number for the windows or door locks in the fuse box discription. the box is under the right side...

YOU WILOL NEED TO LOOK FOR A CIRCUIT BREAKER NOT A FUSE CHECK UNDER THE HOOD ALSO, LOOK UNDER THE COVER OF THE FUSE BOX IT SHOULD GIVE YOU THE NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION OF WINDOW MOTOR CIRCUIT.

Side mirror and radio not funtioning at all toyota corolla 2001

Probably a blown fuse. Find the fuse box, (make sure car if not running, key out of ignition), open fuse box cover. The cover usually has a description of what fuse does each power task. Find the radio/ACC fuses and removing them one at a time (don't have 2 out at once), hold them up to the light and look for a broken band inside the fuse. If you find one, replace it with a new one of the same size and amperage. It is the cheapest place to start.

My clock and radio are suddenly not working in my 2003 grand am

Your Vehicle has two fuse boxes one fuse box under the hood and one inside the vehicle. Check your owner’s manual and you should find the fuse panel at the side of driver’s dash console. Look at the fuse schematics for the fuse description radio then remove that fuse for a visual inspection. If it is good it could be an internal radio problem. However, If the battery jumper cables were hooked up incorrectly it may have damaged a battery cell or the regulator of the alternator and I would have her take it to NAPA, O’Reilly, or Auto Zone to have a free battery and charging system test.

I have a 1996 subaru legacy and I need to check the fuse box because the radio stopped working. the manual shows me where the interior fuse box is but mine doesn't look like the one they have. there is...

The interior fuse panel should have a cover on it that has the fuses labeled by number and description, there should be a fuse labeled radio. You can use a small pair of needle nose pliers if the under hood fuse box is also missing the fuse puller. that fuse box is mounted on your right hand side in front of the washer fluid reservoir if your looking at the front of the vehicle. I hope this info helps...(subytech1)...
