Of course the oil gets changed every 3 thousand miles but i would recomend a fuel system flush a new radiator new plugs and wires and top off all the fluids just for good measure check the wheel bearings and brakes some people believe the a trans mission should be flushed every 80 thousand but some times it damages the trans more than it helps.lube the fittings under the car that should be about all

Usually, a big service would include a cam-belt change and retiming, brake fluid top up, coolant level check, new oil filter, oil change, new pollen filter, new air filters and a general inspection. This should be no different for an Aston Martin :)
