Question about 1996 Dodge Caravan
The clicking sound by the fuse box sounds like a relay thats clicking.
open the fuse box and putn your fingers on the relays, identify the one clicking. you can attempt to replace it (remember to use the exact same type of relay).
However this may not solve the problem since the relay clicking is normal. It sends the signal so that the whole starter system will receive enough power to actually start the car.
have you checked if the are any signal wires that connect to the solenoid on the starter that are disconnected ?
