Question about 2002 Volkswagen Golf
First is it the brake fluid level light or the brake pressure light.
If it is the brake fluid level then disconnect the sensor switch on the brake resivour and then see if it goes out. If it does then remove the switch and clean with calite then try it just connected to the connector if it still don't work then replace the switch.
If it is brake pressure then you need to check that you have the correct brake pressure in the brake lines, front and rear. If these are ok then you need to do the same test as the above switch.
