On the front passenger side under the dash after you remove some plastic pieces you will find a wire connector it will go to what looks like ducting for the heater/ac. Remove the two bolts holding the connector in there, and there is your issue, it will look like something that came out of an old radio or something, looks like it has springs and such inside it, and has a cage going around it. This is your issue. Inside there you can see a small resistor if you have the talent you could just replace this resister, or just go to a junk yard or to your local Dealer and get another one.

Front blower isn't working on 2004 chrysler town and country.

Have you checked for power at your blower motor connector itself? A simple 12 volt test light can be used for this. If there's no power then check all your fuses.

Front a/c not workng

There is more than likely a problem with the climate control module or a motor that controls the directional flaps for the HVAC.

This problem is one that is going to need to be solved by someone with a scan tool capable of accessing the HVAC system.

Front A/C won't work. Rear air works just fine.

Check to see if power is getting to the motor. A voltmeter can be used. If not check the fuse/relay/fusible link.
