Question about 2004 Chrysler Town & Country
You will need to remove the screws that hold on the panel. One is located in the hand cup that you would pull on to shut the door, and I think if I recall correctly another one in the door open latch. The rest of the panel has plastic clips that hold it on there all the way around, just pull lightly on it, adjust your strength as needed to get it to "pop" out one clip at a time. Then you will also need to take note to not to fully remove the panel and disconnect your electric items such as your power window switches and speaker.
