Question about Mercury Sable
Hi. This may be a bad question but how do you know it still has coolant? If you are checking the reservoir, there can be a problem. There is a little hose that connects the reservoir to the top of the radiator. I have seen many problems like this where this hose gets clogged and can no longer pass coolant. If the car is then leaking coolant, there is no way for it to get from the reservoir to the radiator. So while the reservoir may say it is full, the radiator can be empty. If you can, please check the radiator ONCE IT IS COOL!! If you cannot see any coolant than blow out this little line with compressed air. I hope this helps. Thanks!
