98 Dodge Caravan keeps blowing the wiper fuse. Works for a few seconds then blows.

check for bare wires grounding out , wiper motor failure or wiper shafts seizing up and overloading the motor
using a bigger fuse will only result in the wiring harness burning out and possible fire in the car

Wiper fuse blowing while car is turned off

It's the wiring ,there is a dead short to ground ! Looking at a electrical distribution chart that shows if that is the only system powered by the fuse , then isolating the circuit . It's not the motor or the pump , wouldn't blow the fuse unless it was on . Looking at a wiring diagram I see that fuse feeds power to the wiper switch through the accessory relay located in the under hood relay center . The relay could be shorted inside .

Windshield wiper fuse keeps blowing

Since you Disconnect the motor also renewed the switch and is still blowing the fuse ,it is obvious that you have either broken wire between the switch and the motor. Try to test the failure by means of a tester circuit. Good Luck.

Wiper fuse blows as soon as you insert one

first....be sure the fuse is the right ampage. second...if the ampage is correct, and it still blows, do the following. Disconnect the ground-side of your battery. Attached test lamp to ground-side of battery. Take probe end of test lamp and touch anypart of the motor body frame. If the test lamp (DOES NOT LIGHT UP), you have an electrical short. Recommend OBD (On-board Diagnostic) analysis test.

Headlights blow fuse...no short in wires?

there is short somewhere. fuses don't blow if there is no short or overload. check the switches.

Wiper fuse keeps blowing

Lets deal with the fan. Only two things can cause a fuse to pop. A short in the wiper motor. Unplug the connector on it. It the fuse does not blow now you need a wiper moter. If it still blows the positve wire going to the motor is touching medal somewhere. You will need to inspect the wire going from the fuse block to the wiper motor. . Also sounds like you have no power to the brake switch.. Another fuse issue or a broken wire somwhere before where you bypassed the switch

Wipers stopped working have replaced fuse but just blew it straight away

This means that you have a short to ground, probably need to replace the switch, or it could be shorting out to the wiper motor.
check your ground wires, or take it to a mechanic, that is what they will most likely test and find.
