Violent vibrations when driving 60-65mph on the highway. What is this caused by? I have replaced the Wheel speed sencors, rotors, aleignment, tires rebalanced and brakes. Still not helping. The vibrations seem to be vertical feeling like its trying to "lift up". So bad that if I have a drink in the center counsel, it will hit the floor.

I would bring it to a garage and have them check the tie rods, ball joints (upper and lower) and cv joints and axels. A bent rim can also cause this. Just because it was balanced dosnt mean the rim is not bent some where. You can still actually balance a badly bent rim. One other option is possible broken belt in one of the tires.

I have a 2007 Pontiac Torrent FWD with a violent low speed vibration. we have replaced the lower control arm assembly and the hub bearings along with the brake pads and rotors.

Struts would not cause vibration problems, A CV joint could, turn your vehicle in a parking lot hard right, make a circle than turn left make a circle ,if you hear a noises you have a cv joint problem. If you feel vibration on the steering wheel its in the front, if you feel it in the seat its in the rear.
Tires out of round & Balance very common as well brake rotors cause vibrations.

2008 chevy cobalt violent vibration arouhd 55mph ok below and above speed have replaced joints tires struts, vibration still there

Warped rotors or out of balance tires can cause this. Have you had a front-end alignment after putting these steering/suspension parts on? When replacing these parts IT IS CRITICAL TO HAVE ALIGNED. Also, Have you checked condition of front HUB/WHEEL BEARINGS?

does it vibrate at highway speeds or sitting still at idle? the highway speed vibration could be tires out of balance. the idle speed vibration could be weak engine mount or idle speed too low.

I HAVE A 1991 LEXUS 400LS THE REAR DRIVER SIDE WHEELS SHACKS WHEN I DRIVE UNDER THE SPEED OF 25 MPH. WHY?

You have a seperated tire or a loose wheel. A seperated tire happens when the tire's plys seperate from each other, this makes the car bounce or shake at low speeds. High speed vibrations are caused by unbalanced wheels. Vibrations under braking are the rotors.

Look over tires for blistering or bubbles.
Check front end for any loose components.
Warped rotors will also cause vibration. check rotors first. A shop can test the rotors for you.
