Replace the fuel injector system. When you shut it off, the fuel continues to dump in the cylinders. This is the reason you have to open the throttle and rev the engine up. Getting rid of excess fuel.

I just replaced Fuel Pump, truck starts fine but when I drive it bogs out like its running out of gas

Assuming it does have gas in the tank, I would check the fuel pressure at the rail if its MFI or the throttle body if the injector are there.
Also, did you replace the fuel filter when you replaced the pump ?
Any chance you connected the pump to the wire that goes to the sending unit by mistake ?

it could be a fuel blockage or it could be that the main running jets in the carby are blocked you may have to remove the carby & strip it down & blow it out with compressed air, but check for a fuel blockage first........hope this helps......cheers.

1998 s10 bogs down when i press the gas hard...

Check your fuel pressure it should be between 25-35. If you do not want to test it then just replace it. If you have to spray gas into the throttle body and it runs great when floored then you are not getting sufficent fuel to your engine and that is the fuel pump

Check your air intake hose. If there is a hole after the air intake sensor, the engine computer will not recognize the need for more gas, because the inflow of air does not require it. Therefore the engine will be starved for gas. If this is the case, duck tape will solve the problem.
