My passenger side sliding door on my 2005 Honda Odyssey just stop working. I'm searching for an electrical schematic or diagram to troubleshoot. Also has anybody had this problem before? How did you resolve it?

My Odyssey had the drivers sliding door trip out, could only open manually, not electronically. Found a website that instructed me to remove the clock fuse for a few second, then plug back in. This would reset the door protection system. Sounded crazy to me, but I tried it and it worked. Door operating normally now.

I had this exact problem, and removing/replacing the clock fuse (labeled clock / backup) solved the problem. thanks!

You might try rehoming the door. Erase the sliding door DTC's by removing the No. 7 fuse in the under-dash fuse box and reinstall it. Then turn off the Main switch for the doors and make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0). Fully close the sliding door manually. Turn the ignition to ON (II) and then turn on the Main switch. Test the door operation several times. note: If you have an 99-04 Odyssey let me know the procedure is different.

I had a 2002 Odyssey with the same problem. I cleaned around the micro switch at the bottom rear of the door and checked the door roller bracket screws. The screws were loose so I tightened them and also sprayed the switch with electrical contact cleaner (special stuff that leaves no residue). Apparently this helped the contacts in the switch to close properly and the door was able to reset and work. Good luck.

Honda Odyssey doors

I read about this issue while I was looking for a fix to mine. Try the following:

Remove fuse #13 for 30 seconds or more from the passenger side fusebox. This will reset the door and the clock.

OR

1.) Disable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
2.) Remove the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
3.) Manually open and close both sliding doors.
4.) Restore the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area.
5.) Enable the power door switch on the left dashboard.
6.) Try opening the sliding doors.
