This sounds like either a wiring problem or a blown fuse. Go to your owners manual and find out where the tail light fuses are and check to see if they are blown. If they are not blown there is an electrical problem and you will most likely have to take it in to a shop to find the problem because it may be in dash or anywhere between the battery and the bulbs.

Right blinker flashing fast front socket changed still not working new bulb also side and bakc worked now not working what is prob

There is still a bulb out which is causing the lights less resistance and to flash faster. Compare with the other side.

My tag light in my 99 Ford Windstar not working even after I changed bulbs

Check the wiring to that socket. Possibly a wire broke or bad bulb socket. The license plate light is only a splice from the tail light wires, so if both or all tail lights work from the park/headlight switch, the tag light problem is right there at the rear. If you have a voltmeter or a test light, check for power to the bulb socket with the park lights on.

The drivers side window wont come.up in my 99 ford windstar is this specific fuse possibly

All windows are given power by the same fuse. A lot of times it is a bad switch. More involved, can be a window motor or track assembly. Test the switch first by removing it from the door and jumping the wires in the connector. (use a test light or multimeter to determine which plug socket has voltage,) If that works, replace the switch. If not, do you hear the window motor hum? If not, bad motor. If it does, window may be off the track, jammed in the track, or the track (regulator) assembly needs replaced. (those usually come with a new motor and arent too awful bad to put in.)

Changed headlight bulb on 2003 ford windstar but still does not work. Could it be the socket?

Yes, with a test light it would be easy to check, ground the testlight and turn on headlights and probe the wires before the socket and see if theres power at one wire, and then hit highbeams and see if next wire has power then the last wire is ground, try wiggling the wires on the socket and see if the light comes on and if it does then its the socket, good day.

1. my 96 ford windstar's tail lights dont work, but the bulbs are ok. 2 I want to change my rear brake shoes; are there any special tools I need?

If tail lights don't work, check your dimmer switch for any shorts. If the brake lights don't work, then check the brake switch behind the brake pedal. You can test them with a multitester.
For brake shoes you need socket or star wrench, and needle nose pliers for the springs unless you have a spring too. If you have disc brakes, then socket set and a c-clamp to push the pistons back in.

Turn indicator light flashes quickly. bulbs fine

The quick flash is a fault detection for a burnt out bulb. If bulb is good, check bulb socket. Inspect for corrosion. If needed, replace bulb socket. Check bulb socket connector. Check if fuse. Check emergency flashers ( most cars have a separate circuit).

Rear parking lights arent working

I believe your problem is a quick fix and caused by either a poor ground or corrosion. Begin by going to an auto parts store and purchasing an aerosol can of one of their anticorrosive sprays. Remove the lenses from the rear lights and spray everything well. Remove the bulbs and spray the bulb sockets. etc. If that doesnt fix it trace the ground wire to where it is bolted to the frame and spray that. then make sure it is tight by putting a wrench on the bolt and snugging it down.

Right Indicator Light (Amber Color) not working

Check the inside of the light socket for corrosion and make sure the light bulb is making a good contact in the socket. Use a test light and make sure there is power going to the socket as well.
