How many sensors are there?

Not sure what the question is, but the blinking cluster may be a wiring problem with the connector or inside the cluster.
If the dash lights are blinking it could be a bad ground or other connection, or a problem with the dimmer control. Could also be something in the headlight switch.

You have some wiring problems shorting out that is coming from the dash board so if you or anyone you know how to use a multimeter to check the wireing harnesses plus check any connectors that might be just very touching the connector of dashboard which means a bad connection to dashboard.
