You would be much better off to buy a used one, a new one will be expensive. Look on craigslist, ebay, and call around to local junkyards. Someone has a wrecked one and is selling parts from it. Large junkyards have nationwide parts locator.

Detach the clips (A, B) by pulling the center console box (C) up, and removing it from the center console (D).
Remove the screws (A, B) and clips (C), and remove the center console (D).
Install the console in the reverse order of removal, and note these items
