There are two screws in the arm rest that you will have to remove. Not sure if there is one by the mirror on Intrigue. But the rest of the door panel is held on by plastic clips. It is next to impossible to get the door panel off without breaking some of the clips. But once you get the door panel off you can take one of the clips in to any auto parts store and buy new ones. They are not very expensive. But it is easiest to start at the bottom of the door and pull. It will feel like the door panel is going to break. But the clips will break long before the door panel does.
Please rate! Click one of the four thumbs ups! Hopefully I helped and you will click the four! Good Luck, and have a GREAT DAY!

SOURCE: Door Panel removal

remove all visable screws from panel and arm rest. Arm rest should come off. Use a flat thin tool or piece of metal and slip it between the panel and the metal door frame. Slip it in about 2 inches,. Slide it back or forth til you hit a stop. That should be a plastic pop in.twist metal tool to pull panel away from the door. It should pop away from door frame. Don't overdo it if it doesn't come out. try another spot. once you get one loose, you can tell how to get the others out. Once panel is loose push it upwards to get top lip out of window bottom. If it has power windows, disconnect plug. If it has manual windows, you will have to remove the window crank There is a snap ring behind window crank that has to be removed.push in on panel by window crank and you can see the ring.

SOURCE: how remove the rear inside door panel on a 2001 oldmobile aurora

The inner door panel is held in by clips and screw.
Look at the door near the door handle there should be screws holding it in and along the outer edge of the door. Once loose, and the door handle removed or the arm rest removed. The door panel then prys out , because of the clips that hold it on. Then pops out by applying pressure to the panel upward to the top of the door. The clips always break because of the design and plastic.

Good luck

SOURCE: How do I remove the front interior door panel polo 1400 1999

You'll need a torx bit for the bottom screws. The door handle comes apart (using a screw driver) to expose 2 phillips screws holding the door handle to the door, after you get those out, pop the rest of the push clips out by firmly pulling on the door panel near the bottom, There may also be another screw on the TOP Front (near the mirror) very small phillips. Once you have the door panel loose, lift UP on the door panel to remove. Once you get that panel off, you'll have to remove all the other screws to get the window regulator out (lots of 10mm bolts). Unclip / unconnect the connections etc..

SOURCE: how to remove front driver side door panel (2000 ford expedition)

There is a triangular piece, at top corner, covering a screw behind the mirror. Remove that screw. Remove the piece that covers the handle and remove the screw holding the handle to the door. Look through, where door handle was and remove another screw just above where the handle was. This screw is holding the panel to the actual door. Pop the cover off for the automatic door locks and disconnect them. Lift the panel in an upward direction.
