GMC Safari SLE Van 1997 Cd player keeps coming up with an error when you put a Cd in. I replaced the fuse for the radio and it still has the error coming up. It just stopped working.

I suspect the CD pick up is not identifying the disc, if you are using self recorded discs try a pre recorded and see if that works, if not put a head cleaner disc through, failing that it will be the head unit

I have a gmc safari van that has the key stuck in the ignition it is running and will not turn offf. How do we stop the vehicle from running?

Probably the easiest and safest way is to go to the fuse box and pull the "ECM" fuse. If the fuse box does not have labels for which fuse is which, just start pulling and replacing fuses until the engine quits.
