Sounds like the compressor is seized! Usually they shear the bolt on the magnetic clutch and stop pumping the refridgerant as a result but also what happens a lot is swarf(metal shavings) can block the TX valve whichever the case it will need some major work!

Have got an intermitant starting problem on a hd 1000 skip loader

You didn't check power points? I don't work on heavy equipment. Things with starters. Does it turn over fast or slow. Slow, look at the starter/dragging. If it turns fast when working, look to power and ground. I loosen bolts and nuts for this. Just because you can't move the cable by hand doesn't mean it has a good contact point. I just did a van. Same as your problem. I noticed a click when trying to start. Solenoid was working, no starter engagement. I loosened and tightened the nut on the starter cable to the battery. It went away.

The Asd and the fuel pump relay will start to click fast and then they'd slow down and stop, then it would start, but now the relays won't start clicking at all

Could be corrosion. The ASD runs all the others. Start by pulling it out and putting back in. If it still doesn't work, swap it with another relay, Not the fuel relay. If it starts, replace the relay. If still no start, you need to start checking the relays power and ground. Check fuses also.

I have a 2002 dodge stratus r/t coupe (mitsubishi) with the 3.0L 24valve V6, and auto transmission. Lately the A/C will operate normally sometimes, and sometimes it will not blow cold due to the compressor...

The hvac relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood in position #60. You can swap another 5 terminal relay to test. You did not say what your pressure readings were, but you could have a bit of moisture or a little air trapped in the system causing the intermittent operation. To eliminate this, have the system evacuated with a deep vacuum, then recharged to mfrs. capacity. I hope this helps.

Airconditioner fuse keeps blowing what could be the problem

After looking at the wiring diagram, it looks as if you have a A/C relay that is powered by the 30 amp fuse, try disconnecting the A/C compressor's wiring harness at the compressor after the fuse is replaced, then crank the engine and turn the a/c again, if the fuse does'nt blow this time, your A/C compressor may be drawing to many Amps.

2000 grand caravan 3.8 Condenser fans not comming on with a/c do cycle with engine temp compressor is engauging and a/c is trying to work but gets hot fast with no ..... fan working

Check under the hood in the fuse/relay panel. Lift the cover and look inside the cover for the correct location for the fuse/relay controlling the cooling fans. Either the fuse will be blown or the relay is bad. Use a test light to check the fuse for power on both sides,if you have power on the fuse then the relay has gone bad. Hope this will help you.

Ac new and ran for 4 months then stoped.

Try checking the spacing of the clutch of the compressor to your A/C...chances are the gap is too large and will not pull down to engage the compressor. That should eliminate the jump wire and keep your car snowing. No clutch to engage the compressor, no A/C.

96 Acura SLX, Drove 80 miles and died. Just quit on side of road.

I once had this problem and it was a fuel relay!
Mine was under the dash on the drivers side. The fuel relay was a small black rectangular box that pulled out like a fuse.
Newer model cars usually have these under the hood.
If you find it and decide to pull it and buy a new one ask the parts store if they can check the old one first to see if it's good before you buy a new one!
I hope this was helpful!
Good Luck!
