You can check the distributor cap and rotor for burn signs or dents, if not, try a new coil..

No spark wont start

The coil in the distributor is THE coil. Try replacing that coil.

I have a 1995 chevy corsica 2.2 4cyc. The car turns over but will not start.

Yellow spark is usually a sign of a faulty coil, but you have two.
So if the coils are not the problem, it could be not enough voltage to the coils or something else.
The coil fires when the ground connection is removed, in your case the coil fires two cylinders at the same time.
I would check battery voltage to the coils thru the module next.

No sparks from spark plug

When was the last time the spark plugs were replaced? They sell an "Engine starting fluid" that you spray directly into your air intake hose to aid in the occasional start-up problem. Have used it before, works very well.

1995 Grand Am idles rough

sound very much like you have an air leak problem and even a seal problem to on the intake manifold and injector seals may be leaking same happend to me on my car and i found i had to strip it all again to sort it out .
the injector seals if they are not sitting right or just a slight spec of dirt there you have a problem.
air leaks to see if you do have one use wd40 can spray on the manifold and if the engine picks up you have a leak ok
i hope this helps
let me know how you go on thanks

Check for voltage at the coil or ignition module. If there is dc voltage, then check for ac voltage at the coil.
