This could be a clogged air filter and /or fuel filter. start there. Also a dirty throttle body can cause this. Use brake clean to clean this. you only need to clean the inside of the throttle body , use a small brush and clean as far as it will reach, also clean the back of the plate. Start it (might take a minute) and spray the brake clean into the throttle at higher rpm's.
sounds stupid but the last time something like this happened it was a loose ht lead....but im sure you checked that already.
idle should be 850/900
liquid is only condensate in rear box
have you looked for an air leak in the pipe from the inlet to the brake servo?
