I am not a radio guy but i think there are two 12v wires , one is constant power and the other is for alumination. see if anything changes if you turn the headlights on.

There is no amp negative on my radio but there is a amp power and the harnes has amp power and negative how do I hook up

Amp power should come directly from the battery. And should be grounded with the shortest ground wire possible in the trunk with a clean metal surface. Your aftermarket stereo should have a blue remote wire that you will need to hook up also

I have An 02 hyundai xg350 and I'm trying to install an aftermarket CD player but somebody has cut the wiring adapter off so I don't know what wire goes whereso what are the wire colors

Not sure if you mean the plug is cut on the car or the radio. The colour code is pretty uniform , so its easy with a meter to identify permanent 12V, switched 12V and ground. Whats left will generally be speakers and aerial power lead if you have a power aerial.

Im putting an aftermarket radio in and i dont know what the yellow and black wire hooks up to

Your black wire is for ground, this can be connected to the metal framing of the dashboard. The yellow wire is the memory wire, and needs to be connected to a constantly live 12v source.

Im installing a JVC KD - A315 radio in a 2003 alero, when i took out old radio all the wires were cut and turned into speaker wire running all over the place the factory amp is in the back i went ahead...

There may be extra wires you don't need. The basic set of wires on the radio is 4 pairs of colored wires--one black-striped and one plain for each speaker. Yellow is usually accessory power, red is hot, and black is ground. Some additional wires may be one for a power antenna, one for an external amplifyer, and one for facelight (in case it will run on dimmer)
The car should have the following corresponding wires:
Radio 12v--- orange
Radio Ground--- black
Radio Ignition--- yellow
Radio Illumination--- brown
Dimmer--- gray
Power Antenna--- pink (if you have one)
LF Speaker +/- tan - grey
RF Speaker +/- lt green - dk green
LR Speaker +/- brown - yellow
RR Speaker +/- dk. blue- lt. blue

The car or radio could have additional connectors, such as for a subwoofer, CD changer, etc.

Make sure the red wire on the unit is hooked up to power. The blue antenna wire is hooked up (or to the factory amplifier) and the yellow wire on the radio is hooked up to a key on power supply. If it works and you lose the memory when you shut the key off, switch the red and yellow wire power supplies.

Which color wires go together in a 2002 chevy impala stereo to make it turn on?

If its an aftermarket stereo, the Yellow wire will be 12v all the time. Red is when ignition is turned on, and black is ground. The rest are speaker wires. Mike. Rate 100% please.
