You will have to take it to Saab. They will have to put it on the computer to reset. The reason they want you to take it in and reset is so they can make sure all of the sensors are ok, and the air bags don't blow out on you while you are driving down the road.

I searched site after site looking for the Saab inertial cutout location. I found a reference in a section on installing an alarm system on a 93, so you are correct you have one, but no description of location. All I can tell you is that Ford puts them in the trunk, on the right side, where it would likely experience any accident jolt that could cause a fuel leak. However Jaguar puts them to the left of the driver's feet, behind the kick panel.
All the ones I have seen have a rod that protrudes when set off, and need to be pushed back in.
But make sure it really is the inertial switch first. It could be a fuse, ignition switch, or back pump. Although the dash diagnostic does seem to indicate the inertial cut out.
Maybe someone else knows exactly. Sorry.

If it does not even turn over, it is more likely a security system.
You could try taking off a batter cable for a half hour, to see it it resets.
But perhaps the jolt did something to the neutral safety switch.
You could try jumping the starter directly.
Make sure the car is in neutral, with the parking brake on.
Use an old screwdriver, and jump the large batter cable on the starter solenoid, to the small spade plug.
If that does not work, then it is the battery or starter, not any safety or security cutout.

Why wont my 1995 dodge caravan start , i turn ignition on all normal lights come on the dash as usual and i here fuel pump engage but when i turn the key it wont turn over at all and battery is good a

Check starter motor, give it a smack with a hammer, might turn over after that, this is a sign the stater motor brushes are most likely worn out. Or and check ignition switch below the ignition barrel.

My 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback (automatic) was broken into last night. They got into the passenger door but nothing is taken or visible wrong, however my check engine light comes on and stays on when I try...

B******s! It could be that when they broke they tried to get your car going and they triggered the immobiliser and this may need to be reset. On the other hand with many automatics you can only remove the ignition key once the transmission is in 'park' and the steering lock has engaged. I wonder if they may damaged the parking interlock mechanism between the ignition point and the gear selector by messing with the locked steering wheel. Check that the steering lock unlocks OK and that the car is unable to start in any other gear position, try 'neutral'
