Why would you go to a dealer?
The vehicle is 13 years old, I would only go to a dealer during the first 3 years of the warrantee period, and then never return.
Do you have extra money to spend?
A dealer has nothing special to offer, they are just a large repair shop.

I there something you can add or explain,as to how, when, etc your vehicle started to act the way it does. Any other repairs, etc?

Had check engine and AT light come on going down hill today. need help diagnosing

Likely an issue with the transmission. Check the transmission oil level with the engine running. If too high or low, then have a garage check your system. The 6 is sometimes prone to obvious transmission wear around 150,000 plus km.

I have a hyundai sonata 99 when i drive it feels wobbly like something on the weels are unstable front rear i dont know but when going down a free way the car is so bumpy dont know whats wrong?

someone has to put their eyes and hands on the vehicle, soon. take it to a shop which does alignments and ask them for a price to fix it. call around and find a nearby place which does free estimates first. then you will know what is wrong with it. could be a number of things, all of them quite dangerous to drive with.

Rear end unstable when weight is shifted to passenger side

You are going to have to get under there and give everything as good look. Check all bushings for wear and looseness, check springs to make sure they aren't broken and check struts for leakage. Struts are gas-charged and if one has leaked out usually there will be residual oil at the top where the shaft goes in. When checking suspension, check with wheels supported (on ramps) and check free (jack under chassis, wheels and axle hanging) Don't just look...try to move stuff to see if there is any play there.
Personally, I wouldn't drive it 'till it's fixed. In an emergency situation you will loose control if the back end isn't tracking correctly!

I need step by step info to replace my front brakes for a 04 xter

I suggest that you visit the autozone.com website and register the car. It doesn't cost anything and you will have access to an online repair manual for the car. Pretty handy. The steps for replacing the brakes should be available there. Hope this helped and best wishes.

1990 nissan maxima automatic transmission

I suggest this is the Vechicle Revolution Sensor is causing the problem.

Run Diagnostic on the Transmission and review error codes.

An error (1) Code would confirm this.

If no error code exists then the problem is the band needs tightening. The gear to slip is always 2nd gear in this vechicle first then other latter as the problem becomes worse. There is only one band in the transmission and it is fairly simply procedure to complete but you need 1-10nm Torque wrench and to remove the valve body to get access. Don't attempt if you don't have good mechanical skill or have exp. on motorbike or other auto transmissions.
