Hi!!
Check the front brake fluid lines on your vehicle, there is a good chance that while removing the cat, one may have gotten bent or kinked, lift the front end and check if the wheels are binding, also, have the computer trouble codes scanned. AutoZone, Checkers and similar autoparts stores will do it FREE of charge.
Keep me posted!!

I had a '85 Chrysler Laser with a problem wearing out brakes every 30 days. Problem was sticking front caliper. Your problem sounds kinda like that. Brakes are supposed to be rebuilt every few (maybe 5) years but nobody does, then we have problems like yours. If you want to do it yourself please get a repair manual front the autoparts store. Good luck!

F350 4x4 extend cab power stroke 107000 miles abs light on i replaced the front hubs wore out and new brakes but abs still on tks jerry

You can try to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and see if the ABS light clears. If not Autozone or Oreillys may have another scanner to fit the ABS diagnostic socket, a free test.

When you did the rear brakes, the emergency brakes inside the rear rotors can sometimes crumble. Need to clean sensors because dirt and brake debris will keep sensors from counting wheel revolutions.

You could also have a ABS diverter valve stuck and not centered. Sometimes its necessary to rebleed to center the part and clear the light.

You must have a piston stuck in one caliper, and it's not releasing the pressure off your brake pad.

On cars with 4 wheel disc brakes the rear calipers are what they call racheting. The pison needs to be turned clockwise at the same time you are pushing in.This mechanisum is for the E brake system. They make special tools for doing this that you can pick up at your local parts store.

Master cylinder won't come off 2001 F350

if its just the master cylinder then there are 2 bolts and the lines and thats it. you might have to tap it a little do to rust or because it sticks over time. if its the master cylinder and the brake booster then you will have to disconnect the booster from the brake pedal on the inside
