Injector get the signal from the ECM computer and it gets the pulse from the crank sensor.

1994. Why won't it start?

If the fuel pump/s continue to run with key on, suspect a relay issue. The relay is grounded by the vehicles computer. If the computer supplies a constant ground, the relay will continue to stay closed and power the fuel pumps constantly. If the the ground wire that comes from the computer to the relay is shorted/grounded, the relay will stay energized as well. As for the no start, are the injectors getting a power and ground supply? The ground side of the injector is controlled by the computer as well. Is the vehicle getting spark at the coil/plug? Have you scanned the computer for any trouble codes?

Hot spark, good fuel pressure, but no injector pule

Be sure to check the injectors for a short. I found #1 injector bad when I disconnected the harness from it and the engine fired up. An ohms check verified the short, should be about 12 ohms, mine was 2 ohms. I also saw a response that indicated that the ECM controlled the injectors on the positive side of the harness. This is in error. The ECM controls the injector by grounding the negative side with a quad driver.

2001 misfire on cylinder #2 changed spark plugs and wires was told that you have to change ecm

check for cylinder compression; mechanical failure
check for electrical impulse at fuel injector connection; corrosion or open lead
check for fuel injector operation; clogged injector or broken coil
check for spark at plug; ignition problem

I have 93 toyota corolla 1.6 get spark, fuel pressure but no start

if your getting spark the problem isn't distrib try squrting a little fuel in air inlet if it starts it's most likely an injector problem check the injector impulse.
check crank sensor or cam sensor
good luck

CHECK FUEL INJECTORS FUSES IF FUSES GOOD PROBLEM COULD BE IN THE PCM SINCE IT CONTROLS THE INJECTORS.

I have a Chevy Beretta 1992 that won't start. It has power to the ECM, but no power to the crankshaft sensor or the coil packs. Is the problem in the ECM?

Check for spark, and check for fuel pressure, and check for injector pulse,I hope you are using a digital volt meter,if not,you can blow the ecm,If there is no spark,or no injector pulse, then the crankshaft sensor is the most likely cause for the problem. If there is no fuel pressure, then the fuel pump in the fuel tank is bad.

The car will crank but no fire!

check your ecm which is your computer brain that tells the car what to do with electronic impulse signals. also no fuel is reaching fuel rail and injectors. also check your wiring around your spark plug boots too.

The cilynder #1 and spark plug is wet with gas,I did chenged the injector an fuel pressure regulator, still the same engine is shaking, nissan sentra 1993

Did you change the spark plug?? Your car (1993) has a distibutor assy, which means it has ignition wires for each plug. How are your wires??cap?? rotor?? Have you ever done ignition tune up?? If the answer is yes and you have already installed new injector and pressure regulator (althoug it still could be a injection issue/ECM or computer, because ECM is what drives the injectors. If the ECM or wiring to #1 injector has an issue, the injector will not fire off and put gas into the cylinder, resulting in a misfire.) Remove #1 injector connector and check to see if you have power/12V on one side of the connector. If you have 12V there, than check the other wire for continuity to the ECM. You will need wiring diagram to find the right wire color at the ECM. That other wire goes into the ECM to the driver which opens and closes the injector depending on your demands as far as gas pedal input. That driver may be bad, causing the injector not to shoot gasoline. Than I would be looking into a engine issue, such as burned valve, or head gasket problem (coolant getting into #1 cylinder, flooding your spark plug). Tough to diagnose over the computer and not looking at it my self. Let me know what you find.
